No data nor graph for a service ...

    Hi,
the perfdata from one of my services are not available on my configuration Ubuntu Shinken 1.4 / PNP4Nagios. For CPU, Memory, ... services, everything is fine. Perf datas are available in PNP4Nagios Web interface, but for one specific service, they are ignored ...

The output of my check is :
    [tt]
    Warning - Printer is online (WMI status=131072), driver status code=4 => Near paper end (maintenance)|'Cut Pages'=597[c];;;; 'Retracted Pages'=11[c];;;;
    [/tt]
I checked for syntax of the perfdata, but they are correctly formated ... I did not see anything in PNP logs so I suppose that Shinken does not deal with my perfdata ...

    Any idea about it ?

    BR, Fred.

WebUI will only call the PNP ui without parsing the perfdata itself, so maybe it's related to the service name?

    Hi,
    finally I simply had :
1/ to learn a little more how PNP deals with perfdata ... :
2/ to have my plugin send perfdata with the right syntax

    Now, everything is fine ...

    Hello,

Thanks for your replies, but i have the same problem. Network usage graph has not displayed.
In fact, this is the situation :

I need to monitor 2 type of routers, so i create a 2 template, one for each model.
Network usage graph working for one model, but not for the second.

I don't understand why because i use the same plugin ( check_snmp_int.pl). Same perfdata for the two models, and rrd files are generated in /usr/local/pnp4nagios/var/perfdata/hostXX/NetworkUsage_eth1.rrd

    I have forgotten something ?
    Thanks in advance,
    CHABERT Loic.
