  1. #1

    debian fresh install

i had to downgrade perl to 5.10
i've just tried to install yesterday's release , and i have to launch the script in /var/lib/shinken to authorize the pid creation , how can I modify init script so that the pid file doesn-t bother me anymore ?

you can change the pid location in the etc/nagios.cfg and *d.ini files (the first for the arbiter daemon, the others for each other daemon).
    • [li]In the nagios.cfg, search for lock_file[/li]
      [li]and pid_file option for the *d.ini files[/li]
