    Question about WebUI in case of a network outage in a HA scenario

    Hi all,

    I have a question about the behaviour of the WebUI in case of a network outage.

    Here is my configuration:
    Code:
    Server A:	eth0 -> XXX.XXX.XXX.100
    		eth1 -> YYY.YYY.YYY.50
    		arbiter, broker are running
    Code:
    Server B:	eth0 -> XXX.XXX.XXX.101
    		eth1 -> YYY.YYY.YYY.51
    		arbiter (spare), broker (spare) are running
    The NICs eth0 point to a company wide network X (tried to mark it with XXX.XXX.XXX), the WebUI is reachable via this network.
    The NICs eth1 point to a private network Y (YYY.YYY.YYY) for administration purposes and monitoring traffic. All shinken components are bound only to this interface.

    When shuting down eth1 on Server A - simulating a broken link, cable, ... - , the spare arbiter on Server B assumes a dead master, takes over control and redispatches all the necessary configuration. This works fine.

    Because arbiter and broker on Server A are still running, the WebUI there is still reachable on eth0 too and shows the last known state of the monitored systems, regardless to what happened meanwhile in the rest of the network. Is there a chance of getting a warning, that this information might be outdatet?

    Regards,
    Juergen

    No currently sorry, but can be interesting to have a global 'last_change' information in webui that raise a warning sign on the header.
    No direct support by personal message. Please open a thread so everyone can see the solution

    Yes, something like that would be a nice little feature for the future.

    Thanks for your answer and clarifying!
